Dubya did run with a non-interventionist foreign policy belief (originally) as did Obama. Its really what Americans want. The media keeps trying to tell us we want war. They’re not gonna convince me. I don’t know if I’d call Santorum a liberal, but so much of congress is of one mind on the big issues such as spending, entitlements, etc. its understandable to group them all together. I think people deep down know Ron Paul is mostly right, but sometimes don’t want to admit it. They keep calling him crazy, yet all that happens is history keeps proving him right. I really believe this is a great man who is offering us a chance at freedom and prosperity but with the price of accountability. We are naturally a bit afraid of that, but to keep electing the same people thinking we’re playing it safe while they erode our freedoms and deliver us into poverty, is sad. I say, we have little to lose to try freedom, and see how that works. We’ve been without it so long, we forgot how great it can be. The biggest knock on Ron Paul is he believes Iran needs to do something wrong before we bomb them. Have we become so frightened that we start killing because they “maybe, could be, possibly” a threat? I refuse to live in such fear.
You guys talk as if the people of the United States actually have a say in who we want as president. OUR VOTE DOES NOT MATTER! The real and true rulers of this country do not want Ron Paul as our president. Why do you think they will be counting the Iowa vote in an undisclosed location? Because they plan on stealing it and giving it to anyone but Ron Paul. This nation is doomed, and you all better prepare for what’s coming.
