Fair Use Victory as to Blogger’s Use of Photos

(FEDERALJACK)   This is a big victory for The First Amendment and the Fair Use Act.  Mr. Delsman Jr. represented himself in court against a large Insurance Company and won.  They were going after him for breach of copyright and lost.  A big victory for the Fair Use Act.  Congrats to Robert on your victory of  Free Speech.  Click the link below to read and download the PDF.
