  • Popeye: if your going to go down the rabbit hole on the cop issue, you can’t just stop on the first floor. This is an issue that I’ve been involved in for years, and just won a settlement in a False Arrest law suit. There are people, places and things that you never even got near in your interview with John.
It’s a lot darker than you or John hinted at. Kind of soft ball.

I don’t see an email contact on the site, is there one ?

  • Google “police brutality youtube”. You will get over 3 million hits. You’ll see video of people of all ages and race being brutalized with fists, batons and taser.
This problem is epidemic and crosses all races.

Also I hope future programs address the militarization of police departments across the country. Tanks and armored vehicles and fully automatic weapons are available to most departments.

Lastly, the exponential increase in SWAT teams… some being used to execute misdemeanor warrants should be cause of concern.

As a side note, did you notice the phrase “Protect and Serve” has been removed from police cars.

    Thank you for your work.
