(FEDERALJACK) Some quotes from the Founding Fathers that might help you get a different perspective on freedom and knowledge.
RIP – Joyce Rosenwald at 69 – Legal Researcher
(TOAIP) Joyce Rosenwald, an extraordinary legal researcher, passed away at 3am July 26th in her home in California. She was 69 years of age. Joyce was hardy in spirit and a vigilant freedom fighter. She will be missed.
Send condolences to (one of the RBN people ?) bonnermike@att.net

(From one of our fellow prisoners)… Joyce was on the James Madison Talkshoe call July 19th the night before her final stroke — she and Patrick Devine met for the first time and she said, “Where have you been all my life ? ! ?” — the call lasted 5 hours and 41 minutes…I listened that night – not knowing it would be the last time she would talk to us…she showed up an hour or two into the call— apparently she was a regular on James’ calls, which I didn’t know about. They had a great meeting of the minds but of course, she interrupted him a lot since she knows so much that her information just pours out… there was so much information and discovery going on…
the following was posted:
From James Madison:
Every now and then you meet someone that touches you so that you immediately become friends.
I’m the sort of guy that tends to see thru the talk and can sense the heart. If someone is complaining about things, as we freedom lovers tend to do, I feel the pain in the heart through the words.
At times the words sound angry. The pain in the heart is great then. I feel the pain in the hearts of those who love this nation.
Her pain was greater than anyone I know, as was her love for America. In our last conversation she was so excited. “I figured it out” she said. “I know what all they did and I have the remedy”. Then she asked, “Do you think they will listen? Do you think they will use it and fix this nation before we lose it?”
For more than forty years she researched the Law, the record, the cases. Often she would call and say, “Mr. Madison, you’re not going to believe what I just found. I can’t believe what these bastards have done to us.” And then she would send me another ton of documents.
You know, some day I WILL read them all. Every single word. Maybe then I will know the remedy too.
She had been ill for quite some time. She knew she wouldn’t be around much longer. She was determined to get to the bottom of everything before she left.
She was headstrong. She was determined to wake the people up, to get them to DO something about what was going on. When she was on the show you couldn’t get a word in edgewise. A few on the last show complained and told me I should shut her up. Maybe they’ll be happy now, but I doubt it.
On 20 July she had another stroke. Her last one. She’s happy about that. At 6:15 the morning of 26 July she went to be with our Creator. Peace at last eh Joyce? You knew it would take this to find it. You always said you didn’t want to be around to see the country go down.
Now will you please come and help me put this law suit together? You know I need your help, as always.
I’m going to miss you Joyce Rosenwald. I love you Dear. Thank you so much for all you have given us.
Mr. Madison

America….. It’s Time To Stand On Your Feet And Fight
(FEDERALJACK) This video was made to inspire courage in the people of America. We are the world’s last hope for freedom, if we fall completely to the New World Order the world will become a tyrannical prison planet. It is time to stand and fight the NWO anyway you can. I would rather die on my feet than live on my knees and I hope this video inspires you the same way.

Impending Police State

MEDIA ROOTS- In George Orwell’s 1984, Britain is depicted as a totalitarian police state that is ruled by the Party, or Big Brother– an enigmatic, ubiquitous elite that controls society through heavy surveillance, nationalist propaganda and historical revisionism. The concept seems like a far-fetched portrayal of a Democratic nation’s demise into totalitarianism, but in America’s “post 9/11” climate of fear, the United States government has been building a comprehensive grid of surveillance and control that bears frightening similarities to Orwell’s fictional narrative.
The glaring difference between the two is that Orwell’s dystopian society is overtly totalitarian. America, conversely, operates under a “soft fascism” – an insidious, systematic method of preventative action and corporate top-down control over society’s media, economy and politics – while maintaining the necessary illusion of personal choice and freedom. A populous with little to no concept of their subjugation makes them the perfect subjects to rule.
Many Americans might not feel the government’s hand or Big Brother’s watchful eye directly in their lives. However, with the use of GPS, cell phones and the Internet, every move we make can be tracked, cataloged and divied into demographics that are used to increase corporate advertising efficiency and to create a “chilling effect” throughout our culture, stifling dissent and diminishing activism.

We Can’t Sit Back and Allow the Loss of Our Freedoms

(Judge Andrew Napolitano) We elect the government. It works for us. As we watch the Democrats’ plans for health care take shape, we can only ask how did our government get so removed, so unbridled, so arrogant that it can tell us how to live our personal lives?
Last Saturday, at 11 o’clock in the evening, the House of Representatives voted by a five vote margin to have the federal government manage the health care of every American at a cost of $1 trillion dollars over the next ten years.
For the first time in American history, if this bill becomes law, the Feds will force you to buy insurance you might not want, or may not need, or cannot afford. If you don’t purchase what the government tells you to buy, if you don’t do so when they tell you to do it, and if you don’t buy just what they say is right for you, the government may fine you, prosecute you, and even put you in jail. Freedom of choice and control over your own body will be lost. The privacy of your communications and medical decision making with your physician will be gone. More of your hard earned dollars will be at the disposal of federal bureaucrats.
It was not supposed to be this way. We elect the government. It works for us. How did it get so removed, so unbridled, so arrogant that it can tell us how to live our personal lives? Evil rarely comes upon us all at once, and liberty is rarely lost in one stroke. It happens gradually, over the years and decades and even centuries. A little stretch here, a cave in there, powers are slowly taken from the states and the people and before you know it, we have one big monster government that recognizes no restraint on its ability to tell us how to live. It claims the power to regulate any activity, tax any behavior, and demand conformity to any standard it chooses.
The Founders did not give us a government like the one we have today. The government they gave us was strictly limited in its scope, guaranteed individual liberty, preserved the free market, and on matters that pertain to our private behavior was supposed to leave us alone.
In the Constitution, the Founders built in checks and balances. If the Congress got out of hand, the states would restrain it. If the states stole liberty or property, the Congress would cure it. If the President tried to become a king, the courts would prevent it.
In the next few weeks, I will be giving a public class on Constitutional Law here on the Fox News Channel, on the Fox Business Network, on Foxnews.com, and on Fox Nation. In anticipation of that, many of you have asked: What can we do now about the loss of freedom? For starters, we can vote the bums out of their cushy federal offices! We can persuade our state governments to defy the Feds in areas like health care — where the Constitution gives the Feds zero authority. We can petition our state legislatures to threaten to amend the Constitution to abolish the income tax, return the selection of U.S. senators to state legislatures and nullify all the laws the Congress has written that are not based in the Constitution.
One thing we can’t do is just sit back and take it.
Judge Andrew Napolitano is Fox News’ senior judicial analyst.
